Return Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  
• Item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  
• Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
  
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
  
• Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or wrong delivered)
  
• Perishable or customized Ayurvedic formulations
  

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team via email or phone
   
2. Share order details and clear photos/videos of the issue
   
3. Our team will verify your request
   
4. Approved returns will be picked up or instructed for self-shipping
   

Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected
  
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side
  

Exchange Policy

• Exchange is available for damaged or wrong products only
  
• Replacement will be shipped after verification
  
• If replacement is not available, refund will be issued
  

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  

Important Notes

• Products must be returned in original condition
  
• We may reject returns if policy conditions are not met
  
• Unboxing video may be required for damaged/wrong claims
